The shutter panels can be perfectly aligned with your window frames for a consistent aesthetic. The number of shutter panels you need will depend on how your windows are set up and the position of the transom bar.

Shutter Louvre Sizes

Small louvres, give you increased privacy and allow less light. Larger louvres allow for more light and provide you with greater visibility of your outside view, they may also allow you less privacy.

Available louvre sizes:

47mm, 63mm, 76mm, 89mm, 114mm

Tilt Rods and Silent Tilt

All shutters, (except solid panel) require a system for you to be able to adjust your louvres and effect the levels of light when required.

Tilt rods are the visible bars that run along the shutter panel, either in the centre or offset to the left or right.

Silent tilt is a mechanism that operates the louvres with no visible tilt rods or bars, which give a much cleaner contemporary look.

Mid Rail

Including a mid-rail can be both an aesthetic preference and a functional feature for large window installations.

Choosing a mid-rail allows you to tilt individual areas of the shutter panel, giving you more control over the light.

A mid-rail allows you to close the bottom sections while leaving the top open. A mid-rail can also be used to match existing window elements or to add stability to larger installations.

Additional choices include catches, magnets, hinges, and ring pulls, which will depend on the material and style of your shutters, also if you want to coordinate your shutters to your decor, including such door handles and light fixtures.
