Tier-on-tier shutters are stylish, with shutter panels that can be opened independently. They are perfect for living room windows because you can control how much light comes in and how much privacy you want.

Tier-on-tier shutters fit the entire window from top to bottom, similar to a full-height shutter. With the added benefit of opening the top and bottom sections separately.

Tier plantation shutters look great on Victorian sash windows, featuring top-to-bottom sections that keep the look and feel of your home's period features. In addition, tier shutters provide the most flexibility of any shutter style.

Privacy Shutters

For privacy, you can adjust the lower tier to close the slats to keep your room private while leaving the top tier open to allow the light to flood your room or tilt the slats to control the light to suit your mood.
