The Shutter Tree ordering process in 6 easy steps

STEP 1 - BOOK A FREE SURVEY

Call us on 01322 280959 contact us via email or via our contact us page to arrange a home visit where we will visit you to carry out a full survey, show you product samples and colours then discuss your options.

STEP 2 - DAY OF SURVEY

When we arrive we will measure your windows then take you through our full product range, various options, colours and styles to understand your expectations. We will also discuss the full process including the installation of the shutters and answer any questions you may have.

STEP 3 - QUOTATION

Following our survey we will send you a no obligation quotation via email for you to look through at your leisure. If you have any questions regarding the quotation we are always here happy to answer any queries you may have.

STEP 4 - ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have accepted our shutter quotation we require a 50% deposit. Once your deposit is received we will send you an order confirmation.

Your new shutters will then be ordered straight away.

STEP 5 - REGULAR UPDATES

Once your shutters have been ordered we will keep you regularly updated on their anticipated arrival.

When your shutters have arrived into us we will contact you with an agreed installation date.

STEP 6 - INSTALLATION DAY

Our fitters will arrive and prepare the work areas ready for installation. Once the shutters are installed the fitters will tidy all areas, removing any waste and packaging, leaving your home the way it was prior to their arrival. They will run through the completed installation and operation with you, answering any final questions you may have to ensure you are completely happy before they leave.

When choosing your window shutters we know it’s a little daunting, we are very aware that looking at images of shutters in magazines or hours of searching the internet can be extremely tedious; please do not worry. When we visit your home on the day of survey we will discuss and show you all options and designs to best suit and compliment your windows giving you the practical and aesthetical finish best for you and your home.

During the survey we will bring along various samples that we can hold up to your window so you can envisage what your home will look like once your shutters are installed.
